At BEXST, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your BEXST account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location listed on your label.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our team will inspect the returned items within 5 business days of receipt, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method immediately after approval.
